OK, all of the scripts posted will not reveal the author until after people have 'voted'.

How are we going to evaluate?
i have a suggestion. Every reads all the scripts and ranks them on a scale of 1 to 5 on different parameters then posts a single reply listing down all the scripts and ranks.
Someone can create the post with the list of scripts and everyone follows the same order.
Even the scripts should be posted in that order.
What are the parameters we will evaluate the script on?
I would suggest the following.... Ofcourse open to debate
1. Visualization (How easily the script reader can visulaize the script?)
2. Innovation (How the author innovates the topic to think totally out of the box?)
3. Feasibility (How this script can be feasible i.e. make business?)
We can add more to these...

That's not very hard... the one you like best is the one you put on number one. 2nd on 2nd. etc.
Some criticisms for eacht screenplay and everyone's happy.

How the scripts are rated has been detailed both on the Script comp sticky and on the external site
How much people wish to comment on the scripts is up to them. I don't think that adding more and more rules is going to help at all.

So the voting would work like this-
1=5 Points
2=4 Points
3=3 points
I don't know whether you'd pick a top five or just your top three (as it'd be pretty harsh if someone didn't get any votes)
But I guess that's how it would work right?

The rules for this go on and on...
when people vote for the scripts they pick their top three:
1st favourites get 5 points,
2nd favourites get 3 points, and
3rd favourite gets 1 point.
(This makes it more of an advantage if your script is someone's favourite you see)
The scripts are anonymous until voting is over. The writers cannot vote for their script but MUST vote on the rest- got it!? Please be aware that the Moderator is in on this, and he has the god-like power to see whether people are using multiple screen names- so I don't want to see new members suddenly springing up from nowhere casting votes all over the place!!! Remember; MOD is watching you...
Only one week until the deadline- get those scripts written guys!!!

Only one so far...
BUT- lots of people showed interest, and that's why we decided to run it. I'm being naiively confident that everyone who wanted the comp and the people that said they would, will submit...

I?m a total greenhorn at this, but I?ve entered a script nonetheless. After all, no entry could be deemed the winner if there wasn?t somebody to enter and lose, eh? I?m no great shakes at formatting screenplays and I?ll never pen anything like Citizen Kane, unfortunately, but??Hey, it?s all in fun, right?
